This project was extremely unique in that both the Fitness Center and Leasing Office were originally open air pavilions.  We were able to work with the city and an architecture firm to bring our design and management vision to life.  The deluxe entrance signage brought interesting design elements throughout the property, as seen on the pool deck, promoting a whole property branding experience.
