As the Design Manager of Signage Development & Environmental Branding, I realize how important these aspects of design are and how valuable signs and branding can be for a company. Every communities signage is created to welcome, guide, and provide name recognition, while also inviting potential residents to their new neighborhood.  From elegantly hand-drawn letters to back-lighting and metal works, the signs used on Multi-Family properties have gone above and beyond standard poured concrete and foam moldings, into a whole new era of signage.
