REVEL 100 was a whole property renovation from picnic areas, resort style pool, 24-hour fitness center to the deluxe leasing office and Business Center.  The design incorporated the color "teal" throughout, optimizing the way color coordinates to promotoe wayfinding and property branding.  Exterior paint design coordinated with the interior of the commercial spaces, pulling all these elements into the resort style pool area.
