A two story building reconstruction, housing a leasing office, fitness center and business kiosk on the second floor.  The lower level includes a two bedroom unit, maintenance shop and district office. The redesign and expansion of this entire building mostly quick and easy, with minor edits along the way, but the features and overall design was worth it. A custom leasing desk, incorporating the roof supports into the design will showcase great attention to detail and innovation.
