Located in Gulf Breeze, Florida, this property was a complete overhaul.  The leasing office started out in one of the two bedroom apartments, until this brand new building was constructed.  Collaborating with an architecture firm, plus the towns zoning and building committees, we were able to put together a beautiful office.  Custom tray ceiling, new design for the leasing desk, and brand new finishes throughout, this property has its own boutique beach feel that's new to the Aspen portfolio.
