District Six10 was a whole property renovation from picnic areas, resort style pool, 24-hour fitness center to the 19' ceiling height leasing office.  The design incorporated all the features, optimizing the extensive ceiling heights to help the office feel spacious and welcoming.  Exterior paint design coordinated with the interior of the office and the fitness, pulling all these elements into the resort style pool area.
