A design upgrade at a property in Jacksonville, FL. This community is nestled in a higher end neighborhood and a fitness center upgrade was requested in order to remain competitive in the market. The racquetball court was converted into a large cardio room, while the existing fitness center was opened up to become the weight room / yoga studio. Floating noise cancellation "clouds" were hung above the industrial ceiling fans , with murals framed to represent artwork were all incorporated to complete the final design of this space.
