This was a basic face-lift with minor construction to the leasing office, clubhouse and business center in order to rebrand the property after purchase.  The fitness center center carpet layout energizes the user and encourages each individual that comes into this space.  Adjacent to the fitness center is a fresh faced business center that is constantly utilized by the residents.  The clubhouse fireplace and kitchen backsplash were retiled, with new furniture pieces added to liven up this space for future resident events.
